It is suitable for metering flow value on site orelectronic remote. The measuring principle is based on thehydrodynamic effects,This makes float moving from bottom to top invertical Pipe. As the displacement of float is in related to flowrate, which can be read from the indicator by means of the magneticdrive system in non-contact form . Also, flowmeters outputelectrical signal (4-20)mA / hart communication protocol with high/ low limit Warning switches/integrating flow PCB broad can beconfigured.

Operatingprinciple

F56 series variable area flowmeters is made up of flowsensor and flow indicator. Float is placed vertically inside ofconical measuring tube and can freely move up and down along theconical tube owing to hydrodynamic effects.A high-performancepermanent magnet is set inside float, by this way the magneticfield around permanent magnet will change along with the floatmoving up and down.When fluid keeps a stable flow value and floatlocates in a dynamic balance state in position, the magnetic fieldaround permanent magnet keeps constant also.The magnetic signalwill be transmitted in non-contact form by means of the flowIndicator mechanically connected to conical tube. In anotherword,the indicator is able to detect and process flow value ofliquid by magnetic drive system and finally the corresponding flowrate value can be read from the scale on site. Also it can indicateoutputs as standard electrical signal (4-20)mA / hart communicationprotocol.
