Detailed introduction to Dish head:
We professionally produce and machining forged heavy forgings for machinery, chemistry and petroleum industries,windpower,shipping,transportation,agriculture,pipeline,metallurgy,etc for more than 30 years. We passed GB/T19001-2000, ISO14000 and ISO18000 certificate of reorganization. We also own pressure vessel design and manufacture license of D grade. Our major forging equipments are hydraulic forging press of 6000T, 4000T and 2500T, digital ring roller machine of 4000mm, 1250mm, oil hydraulic forging press of 10000T, 5000T, 4000T, 8000mm spinning machine and heavy lathe and welding facilities etc.

(1). Among the free forgings carbon steel forgings are generally the better choice for the sake of its high tolerance strength, hardness, yield strength, elongation, crush resistance, torsion resistance and shearing resistance.
(2). We can forge forgings according to weight ranges from 50kg-15T.
(3). We have professional UT center and mechanical property testing center.
(4). We were certificated to ISO19001-2000
(5). Main material are SAE1045,A105,25CrMo,42CrMo,SA366,A182,16Mn,20Cr2Ni4,42CrMo4,SA266-2,17CrNiMo6,20CrNiMo,30CrNiMo8,40CrNiMo,etc.
(6). Regularly, we accept processing on giving materials.
(7). We generally produce forging blank with rough machining range from 50kg to 15t
(8). According to practical situation and customers' clear requirements we can render excellent heat treatment.
