LEEEC was established in October1994, it was declared to go into operation by Portuguese PresidentMr. Jorge Sampaio and Liaoning Governor Mr. Wen Shizheng at theopening ceremony in March 1997. It was invested by 3 shareholdersincluding Liaoyang Yifa Investments Limited, EFACEC Empresa FabrilDe Maquinas Electricas, S.A. in Portugal and ATAL Hong Kong. withregistered capital of 31.29 million U.S. dollars and total assetsof 950 million RMB. The area of land occupied by the factory is64,000 square meters. So far, the company has 650 employees.
