Detailed introduction to Foam Re-bonding Machine:

The Foam Re-bonding Machine includes one set of mixing drum and one set of rebound foam mould with oil hydraulic device. The mixing drum is used for mixing and stirring foam flocks and adhesive together. At the bottom of the mixing drum, there is a fall plate which is driven by pneumatic device. The foam flocks that come from Foam Chipping Machine are blown into the mixing drum. After the mixing, the mixture is dropped into a standard mould and it would become reborn foam with hydraulic pressure. This machine also could equip with steam system so that the production will be much higher.
