General description

The can filler/sealing monoblock is designed and made by absorbing international advanced technology, which is suitable for carbonated drink and beer. Because all filling parts can fall to cans, it doesn’t need any can holding parts. While cans pass filler, they are on the level without any elevation action. Sealer runs connecting directly with filler to complete the seaming work after filling. 

Main Features

1. Main components of the can beer filling line are rinsing, filling-seaming monoblock, tunnel sterilizing machine and conveying system. The key machine is filling and seaming monoblock which synchronizes with filling machine. The liquid level is stable and the oxygen content is decreased.

2. Through a few simple adjustments, it could handle different cans. The special structure sealing roller could be adjusted according to can’s size.

3. As the can is easy to get deformed, soft treatment is needed in the transferring process. The conveying system regulates the transferring speed according to the each machine’s working condition to assure no bottle falling or crashing occurs.
