Cast iron Inspection Surface Plate

Material and Processing:

The material of our surface plate is high strength cast iron HT200-300

the hardness of the working surface is HB170-240

Under goes tow manual handlings(artificial annealing 600-700 degree with natural aging 2-3 years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.

Usage: It is applicable to various inspections and benchmark planes for accuracy measurement. It also can be used as the measurement benchmark for machine tool inspection and to inspect the dimension accuracy or running different with the function of performing precise lineation.

It is an inevitable tool during machine manufacturing.

Specification: 100*100mmm-4000*8000mm

Special specification can also be produced by your special requirement.

Precision: According to the national standards measurment examination regulations execution -----JB/T7974-99, the grade is 0,1,2,3.
