The principle of ultrasonic polishing:

The transducer turns high frequency electric signal into mechanical vibration, after being amplified by amplitude transformer and transmitted to the tool on the end surface, bring along the synthesis effect of suspending the abrasive paste between the tool and work pieces, shocking and polishing it and reducing the roughness of the tool surface, thus realize the process of polishing by ultrasonic.
