1. Function:This machine is usually used in short cycle laminating line. It’s used to trim away the extra paper around the laminated board.

2.Suitable for:all kinds of laminated board, such as particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards

3.Size of board:4’×8’,4’×10’,5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 6×12’, 7’×9’….etc

4.Features: This machine can trim board clearly. It is efficient and reliable, and easy for workers to operate. It has advanced automatic controlling system, you can adjust its trimming process and speed .

5.This machine has two structural style. One is single machine style, the other is L style (consist of longitudinal machine and lateral machine). Their capacity are different accordingly. Take the 4 ’×8’ board for example, the single machine can trim 4 pieces/minute while the L style can trim 8 pieces/minute.

6.High speed. It’s speed can reach 4 pcs/min- 8 pcs/min. Because this machine is efficient, so it can be shared by several short cycle press. It saves cost greatly.
