PVC ceiling production line plastic machine

The UPVC profile extrusion line can continuously produce many kinds of plastic window and door profile equipped with different forming molds. This production line includes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum sizing table, haul-off machine, cutting and film Laminating machine and overturning Bracket and so on. the different profile section and molds. choose different conical twin screw extruder. 
Twin Extruder: Professional screw design makes polymer micro-foam plasticization uniformity and great output. We use Fuji convertor which has stable rotation ensures extruder and auxiliary machine simultaneously working.
Vacuum Sizing Table: Special cooling system which increases the vortex flow makes good cooling and sizing effect. We can choose 4 meters, 6 meters 8 meters or 10 meters sizing table and so on according to different molds to meet the high speed extruding requirement.
Haul-off Machine: We use our unique lift technology which has stable performance, good reliable and big traction features.
Cutting Machine: It is synchronous with the haul-off machine. The features are reasonable design, stable working, automatic fixed-length cutting and equipping with dust collection equipment.
