TN-16 is a new style equipments between semi-automatic and full automatic blowing machine, worker only need to insert preforms, then, blowing and downloading are full automatic. specially for blowing PET, PC, AS, PS, PMMA mineral water bottle,fruit juice bottle, tea drinking hot filling bottle,  agricultural chemical bottle, space cup, lamp cover etc.

1.The machine adopts human-computer interface to control the whole working procedures, Working cylinders equipt magnetic sensor switches, connect with PLC to control every step and test every cylinder. Next action will continue after the former step done, If former step not finished, automatic alarm next action, display problem position.

2.Servor motor drive or Cylinders push step by step, straight on rail, position accurately , working smoothly.

3.Crossover double crank clamping, strong clamping, mould open and clamping distance can be adjusted according to products size, to decrease open and clamping time.

4.Far infrared heater lamps have strong penetrations , preforms be heated uniformly while rotating, electronic pressure adjustor control each group of heater temperature lamps separately

5.The air supply system consists of slight blow, high pressure blow-molding, low pressure actions,to satisfy different products air supply.

6.Operation consists of manual and automatic precedure, manual operation for assembly and test, automatic operation for production.
