ASLI-2000 Horizontal Type High-speed Automatic Film Slitting machine

Use:

This machine is suitable for separating and cutting such various roll mateiale as BOPP,PEL,CPP,CPE,

PVC, aluminium foil and paper,etc, and can cut edge, separate and cut materiel according to different

requirements during production.

Performance and Characteristics:
1.Auto maticlly rectify the unevenness of the end face or the film or paper with pattern deviation.
2.Adopting superior quality photoelectric switch, LPC deviation-rectifying control system makes  rectification more accurate.
3. Automatic metre counting and automatic stopping at settable counting metre number.
4.The round knife device can separate and cut rool paper of 350k/m2 or below.
5.Inflatable rolling shaft makes it easier and faster to load and unload paper core.
6.Automatic slitter edge blowing-inhaling device.
7.Separate winding mode equipped with tension control is adopted for unwinding stand.Winding tension

 is controlled by interlock of independent driving of two magnetic powder clutches and main motor.
