WPC granule machine

1. Used for PE WPC pelletize

WPC granulation line, WPC granulator, PP/PE and wood powder will be granulated by this machine before the extrusion. But PVC material can be extruded directly, it doesn't need pelletizing.
TSK-75 horizontal double screw extruder
A) 1 set of Double-screw meter, feeding AC motor, feeding power 1.5KW, frequency control, horizontal screw feeder to make sure the continuity of feeding
B) TSK-75 double-screw extruder L/D=40: 1
C) Gear case: Speed reducing system and the deploy of torque are united together. Material of gear is 20CrNi2MoA, HRC58-62. Power of cooling lubricate system's oil pump is 0.55Kw.
D) Canister: L=290mm/section, material: 45# steel, inner hole is made of alloy lining-301 (Fe-Cr-Ni-B+ Carbide) HRC60-64. Rectangle.
E) Screw: Diameter: φ 72mm, made by hi-speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, HRC60-64, hi-impedance, the screw can be taken down and installed as the customer's requirement.
F) Soft water circling cooling system: Power of water pump: 0.55KW; Vacuum system: Power: 2.2KW

H) 1 set of main motor, power is 110KW. Frequency control
I) Temperature meter is made of OMRON meter. There are hi-precision controlling points in every barrel's body and head.
J) Heater: Section 1 and 2 are made by copper; Others are made by aluminum.
