Applications

The wide range of rotors and hopper styles allow the GSH machines to be tailored to almost every application in the plastic recycling field, mainly with high throughput requirements. The GSH 800 series can be used to grind large thick walled parts down to a granule in one step, or be used as a second step granulator after a GL shredder to reach very high throughput rates. When used to grind light materials, such as bottles the throughput can be greatly increased with the addition of a HAIFEI force feeding device. For abrasive, contaminated or highly filled materials the machines can be equipped with special wear protections, such as hard facing of the rotor and housing and key parts manufactured from highly wear resistant steels.

1.Rotor and stator knives are pre-set outside the granulator in a supplied bench-top fixture prior to installation. Awk- ward adjustments inside the machine are no longer necessary.

2.The granulators can be tailored to fit various applications, for example with oversized suction troughs in order to achieve a very high output.The GSH 1100 series comes standard with wide H-style rotors available with 9,11 or 13 rows of rotor blades ensuring a high quality output.

3.For abrasive applications the GSH granulators can be equipped with rotors with key parts manufactured from highly wear resistant steel as well as weld on hard facing.

Adopt most advanced “V” type cutting technology,pushing the material into the central of cutters,in order to reduce the attrition of machine’s side.besides this,”V” type structure can imporve work efficiency and protect the cutters.all fixed screw use 12.9 level.

outside of the crusher is bearing bracket,so it can prevent the small material and dust into the inside od the bearing bracket and damage the bearing.bearig bracket adopt double open design,bearing on both sides of plate fasten up by screw,it is easy to maintenance and change the bearing

  the protective crust is divided into two parts by central line and use screw fasten.also adopt whole sealing design,it can easy to operate.

screen bracket has three thimble fasten,it has advantage of strong fastening performance and easy operation.

  cover plate is connected by chains,when the machine is working, it is locked by hasp.when maintain the equipment,please keep flat the plate,the worker can stand on the plate and install the cutters
