We designed TB-12 series blow molding machine in 2008, which is the biggest linear blow molding machine in China, and the capacity is 12,000 BPH(for 500ml). TIANT is developing the high speed blow molding machine with 16 cavities, and the capacity of each cavity is 1200-1500BPH.

III.Various Volume & Shape Bottle

TB series blow molding machine produced not only the usual bottle, but also the unusual bottles, such as jar, flat bottle, bottle with the handle and other unusual bottles. The normal mould cavity produced bottles from 0.05L to 1.5L, and can enlarge to 5L.

TIANT has changed the preform lead rail from several strips to single strip, which improved 4% of the productivity, and saved 30% of the loading energy.

TIANT blow molding machine use the touch screen, which is easily operated. The screen has both Chinese and English interface. The operator may change the data of blowing by touch the screen, it saved a lot of operation time and easier to control the bottle quality.

I. Change Shape Easily

It’s easy for TIANT blow molding machine to change the shape of bottles, it can bedone by changing the mould. It will takes you about one hour.

II. Easy to Maintain

The operator can control the machine by PLC. When the machine is at fault, the PLC will warn the operator and show the problems, then the operator will find the fault and repair it soon.

III. Safety Production

The structure of TIANT blow molding machine is full-closed, and the machine equiped the exit system which ensure the safety of the opereator. Meanwhile, the machine equiped multi-point detection technique also protect the safety of operation.

IV. Adopted the linker of Air Conveyor

The new series of TB blow molding machine adopted the linker of the air conveyor, which will make the connection of the blow molding machine and the air conveyor easier and make the production line more automated.
