LF-II Hinge Plate Combined Type Chip Conveyor
Characteristics & Applications:
1.The machine is Z shape stream-lined designed, the outline is both artistic and practical, with smooth chip conveying.
2.Combined with hinged plate,scraper and filtering drum,the upper chain plate will convey the long scraps, the lower scraper and drum will separate and filter powdery and fine scraps, then the scraps will be conveyed. It increases the filtering capacity and extends service time of coolant. Filtering operation will be continuously processed using back-washing coolant with the water tank.
3.Applications: It is suitable for the scraps processing of high precision CNC machine tool, machining center and so on.
4.It is most suitable for the treating mixture of long scraps and powdery scraps.
5.The overall dimension of the chip conveyor can be designed and manufactured according to the dimensions of the client's machine tools.
