DOP Reclamation ESP Device for PVC Industrial 

I. Range of application  

  In the PVC industrial like artificial leather, synthetic leather, floor leather, slip pad, wallpaper (wallpaper), industrial conveyor belt, disposable gloves, thin plastic mesh, tarpaulin and other production process, it will produce large amounts of plasticizers (DOP) smoke and other harmful gases, it is not only serious pollution of the environment, and also, waste a lot of raw materials plasticizer (DOP), this equipment is to use the principle of electrostatic adsorption to eliminate the harmful gases and reclamation of the DOP.

II. Working principle

  WJE type of electrostatic purification equipment is using high voltage direct current corona-effect, and the gas corona prompted oil smoke particles charged, with the electric field force adsorption method, make the fog separated particles from the gas. In the tower body of the this equipment, the plasticizer (DOP) and other industrial fumes will condense into liquid bead accumulate on the pipe wall, with the action of gravity, drop to the collecting tank, and the liquid raw materials would collect by the valve. 

III,Equipment

  WJE type of electrostatic purification equipment include: Tubular purification recovery tower body, electrical control system, smoke cooler, suction fan system, emissions chimney and fire-fighting system.

1. Tubular purification tower improve the performance of adsorption tube components, high voltage electrode release components, gas diversion and other gas components, high-voltage insulation porcelain components and liquid collection components,etc. 

2. The electrical control system consists of electrical control cabinet, high-voltage silicon rectifier transformers, high voltage cable. 

  The electrical control of high voltage power supply consists of two kinds of methods: One is referred to as the SCR(Silicon controlled rectifier) power, which is high voltage DC power controlled by phase-shift SCR, it is a kinds of "voltage source", the main control volume is "voltage". The other one is a high voltage constant current DC power supply, referred to as constant current source. It is a kinds of "power flow", the main control volume is "current". Constant current source works as follows:

IV,Technical Features 

(1) Stable operation, high reliability and long purification efficiency, able to withstand the transient and steady-state short-circuit. When the static electric field produce a spark discharge, due to the power supply output current is a "constant" electric field in the current does not increase,and ensure the safety of power equipment, and protect the corona wire and the anode tube at the same time. 

(2) high operating voltage, and can inhibit the discharge,not sensitive to mechanical defects. 

(3) The power structure is simple, multiple sets of L-C designed with parallel, easy maintenance, low rate of power failure. 

(4) a fast over-voltage protection, response time ≤ 1ms. 

(5) power factor covΦ ≥ 0.90, the energy-saving effect is obvious.

The flue gas cooler system, consist of efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger tablets, each piece with bearing pulley at the lower part, easy cleaning and maintenance, the front part with filter film, used to block part of the cloth, wool waste and other debris. The temperature controller is used to detect smoke temperature, adjusted to optimum efficiency. After many factories practice, the cooling system efficiency are significantly.

4. The fan suction system: according to the factory and production line requirements, supply high-quality fan, and optional inverter controll the air flow, to achieve energy saving and reducing energy consumption purpose.

5. Emission chimney according to local environmental requirements and the production line exhaust volume.

6. The fire protection system: Consists of two parts, one is fire damper with180°C melting point installed on the duct, at the front of the electrostatic purification equipment, used to cut off the air duct and electrical control system when the over-temperature smoke from the production line, in order to guarantee the safety of the static purification equipment. Another one is temperature alarms, with automatic sprinkler installations, to reach the fire protection requirements.
