Y32 series double effect deep drawing hydraulic press for sink used for straightening process for shaft parts and template, Press-in process for shaft and sleeve parts, Drawing, bending, press printing, forming and part dropping processes for metal sheet, press forming process for powder products and plastics products.. And it also can process steel plant by flanging, flattening and bending by change the forming die. It with both upper and bottom hydraulic cylinder, the bottom cylinder was usually used for knockout and deep drawing.

The machine body designed by computer and the frame was weld by the carbon dioxide-shielded welding, and polished carefully. That made our machine has good appearance and strong frame. Hydraulic cartridge valves adopt integrated control systems ,reliability service, long life, small hydraulic shock. It has individual electrical systems, adopts PLC button centralized control.

It can be operated both fixed press and fixed stroke by means of adjusting the operation panel. It can be operation by adjusting and once forming circulate .Work pressure, stroke can be required under the process within the parameters required adjustment.

2. Humidity: relative humidity is lower than 90%
3. General: main circuit:50HZ/380-415V,three phase , control circuit is DC24V. Or according to the customer

Basic configuration.

1. 1.       Sealing parts for cylinder: (including knock out cylinder and buffering cylinder) Main sealing ring adopts new style YX sealing ring which has the features of low friction and bears high pressure. The material is imported from Japan.

Sealing rings for pipes: imported from Taiwan.

3. 4.       Motor: Made in China.
4. 5.       Electrical parts: Main electrical parts are from Schneider, and Omron.
