1. Brief Introduction---
Conveyor rollers mainly consist of roller shell, bearing and bearing housing, shaft, and seal. It has the features of long service life, low noise, greater load carrying ability and fully sealed.
2. Flat Rollers (Carrying Rollers)
-Flat rollers are used for bulk and unit material handling applications
3. Impact Rollers
A. Impact rollers consist of a base steel roller design, on which are fitted rings, designed to resist and absorb the pressures given by the impact of material onto the the belt.
B. Impact rollers are positioned in the carrying section of the belt, corresponding to the point of loading where the material falls onto it.
4. Return Rollers with Spaced Rings (Rubber Disc Rollers)
A. Rollers with spaced rings are used to sustain and support the belt during its return section, where the conveyed material tends to stick to the belt or wherever there is a wear problem or tracking problem of the belt itself.
5. Return Rollers with Helical Rubber Rings (Spiral Rollers)
A. The helical spiral form of the non-abrasive rings, assembled onto the base roller shell, performs a cleaning action and reduces the tendency of material to deposit itself and stick to the surface of the dirty side of the belt.
B. They may be employed on any part of the return belt section in the case of short. On long sections it is satisfactory to employ these rollers only up to the point where the material does not adhere any more to the belt surface.
