¢100 Hydraulic Aluminum Bar Cold Shearing Machine(no need pre-heat)

This cold shearing is used for cutting the cold long aluminum billet which no need pre-heat, and equip with the short billet heating furnace. It applied in the aluminum profile extrusion production line.

This product is improved through redesigning the structure and replacing important components

Feature:

Note: The model of cold shearing machine is depended on the diameter of aluminum billet. Usually one machine can be equipped with some other different specification shears, so one machine can cut some other different specification aluminum billet.

Installation and debugging: because the air tickets and foreign accommodation expenses is too expensive, for save these fee, we will debug the machine at our plant first, then send the machine to the customer after we are sure the machine is in the good state. Meanwhile, we will provide the assembly drawings, handbook for use and maintenance, schematics for hydraulic and electrical systems to the buyers. So the buyers can install the machine by themselves. The buyer can contact with seller at any time when need any help in equipment.

Packing and loading: these machines are processed to be a rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. Large mainframes are packed by film, the motor and fragile parts that mounted on the mainframe are packed by foam and film.
