We are a company based in Shijiazhuang City, China.

We have been in the business of Corn / Maize Flour Milling for 10 years now.
Firstly, I must tell you in Tanzania or some other African countries when we buy the maize from the farmers, the maize is very very dirty and makes a big process for milling.
Firstly, Each 100kg bag will roughly consist of 95kg maize good maize, the remaining 5kg includes, stones, dust, sand, maize cobs, maize bran.
Secondly, the 95kg of good maize, will include about 10kg of discoloured maize meaning blue, black, yellow maize. The remaining 85kg is pure white maize.

Now, our machines are step by step.
First, We have machines for removing the dust and maize bran from the maize.
Second, we have other machines (Degerminators) for removing the germs from the maize.
Third, we have manual labour (people) sitting on table removing stones, colored maize and other impurities.
Forth, we have Milling machines to mill the maize into flour.
Fifth, we have manual labour for putting the flour into bags.
Last, we have hand stitching machines for stitching the bags.

We have different packing of flour (1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg).
Our capacity at the moment is 15 tons per 8 hour shift.
Now we are looking for complete automatic machine of either the same 15 tons per 8 hours or even upto 20 - 30 tons per 8 hour shift depending on the price of machinery.
We would like the machine to be almost fully automatic to cover all the above process from a bag of dirty maize to fine quality White maize flour with using as little manual labour as possible.
