I. Application:
This production line is used for producing floor heating pipes, drinking water pipe and
Beverages, wine and milk pipeline; the pipe has the characteristics of non-toxic, health and heat resistance.
II. Production process:
Raw Material →Vacuum Feeding →Material Drying →Single-screw Extruder →Mould →Calibration Die →Vacuum Calibration Tank →Water Cooling Tank →Printer →Traction Machine →Pipe Winder →Finished Pipe Testing.
III. Characteristics
This production line adopts our own SJ series high efficiency single screw extruder. It equipped with the Siemens/Schneider PLC control system. It can realize the whole line automatic controlling of high capacity, stable extruding.
