1.This machine provides vertiacl clamping and vertical injection,suitable for molding of small-sized products such as electric appliance plugs,electric parts,ect.
2.Direct-pressure mold-closing mechanism with fast mold closing and slow low pressure clamping.Automatic mold-open protection mechanism for abnormity at the clamping,esuring the safety and speed.
3.Fixed lower mold and movable upper mold provding good positioning for inlaid artcles,finished products ejection mechanism also equipped.
4.3-section temperature control,injection velocity,back press and screw rotation speed adjusted steplessly,suitable for molding of different plastic parts.
5.Computerized single proportion and double proportion optional for circuit control of oil system.
6.Injection seat automatically lifted or lowered down,equipped with automatic discharging device,convenient for replacement of molds and raw materials.
