This device is an integrated processing system for dealing with coolant which requires a high degree of filtering accuracy for all kinds of special machine tools in machining process of milling, drilling, reaming etc. It is composed of hinged belt chip conveyor, roller filter, oil separator, electrical control, tank and fine filtering system. It can accomplish the continuous filtration of self-cleaning roller. It has high filtering precision, need not maintenance, and meets the requirements of special machine for complex processing, washing chips, cooling main spindle and tool. For special machine has strictly requirements about chips volume,coolant (oil) precision, flow rate and pressure, customer should provide us relative technical parameters in order to design.
