Furnace bottom roller applies centrifugal casting, and static casting, which ensure a reliable thermal strength and heat resistance to corrosion. Since the quality and service performance is largely improved, its service life is longer than that of common processing. And it is widely used in manufacturing & processing machinery and metallurgy machinery parts.
As our company is equipped with many advanced production machines and testing machines, among which a few are shown in the below. Then according to users' drawings and various demands, quality and quantity of finished product can be guaranteed.
There are many sets of equipments of medium-frequency smelting furnaces, with the range of 0.5 to 5 tons, complete sets of centrifugal casting machines, resin sand production line, full sets of precision casting, etc. The dia. range of centrifugal cast tubes is from 50 mm to 1800 mm. As to static castings, the indivual piece’s maximum weight can be up to 60 tons.
Since 2005, We has invested total RMB 150 million, adding a 20-ton electric arc furnace, 20-ton LF furnace, 20-ton AOD refining furnace, 15-ton medium-frequency holding furnace, 15-ton electroslag furnace, CPC roll smelting furnace, dual-frequency quenching furnace, a great many sets of heat treatment furnace. It has also completed a High-Voltage High-Power station of 350,000 Volt Ampere (VA), and some special gas-supplying stations such as oxygen, argon, and nitrogen to meet the growing demand for smelting and production. Therefore, the annual production capacity will be 30,000 tons now instead of the former 2,500 tons.
We owns strong machining ability. In recent years, it has added a many kinds of CNC heavy-duty machining equipments, such as several sets of CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines, CNC lathes, roll lathes, deep-hole boring machines, and a number of lathes, planers, drilling machines, argon-arc welding machines, automatic welding machines and so on. Some are imported from Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries. There are over 200 sets of these equipments and facilities. Any piece below 120 tons can be machined and grindable piece can reach the specification of outside diameter of 2000 mm, length of 10 meters, and weight of 120 tons.
We has an exclusive building as testing center, with a comprehensive range of testing equipments. There are 2 sets of spectrum analyzer which can analyze up to 48 kinds of elements, special chemical analysis room with the professional means of chemical analysis. And there is also one set of hydraulic universal testing machine, which can examine such mechanical properties on metal spare parts as the tensile, impact, bending and so on. There are also 4 sets of RD2-3 high-temperature persistent and creep testing machines, macro-metallographic analyzer, 1 set of micro- metallographic microscopy and ultrasonic flaw detector each.
