Pneumatic double-station  heat press machine

The FT-010-C is a dual-platen heat press printing transfer designed for high productivity with materials ranging from Tshirts to hard ceramic tiles. The perfectly balanced platens can move from side to side easly. The head automatically raises at the end of the preset dwell time. Pressure is pneumatically controlled, thereby reducing operator fatigue and maximizing production.
Optional double heating makes this an ideal machine for printing rigid substrates including ceramic tiles.

1. Tee-Shirt paper(InkJet transfer paper or laser transfer paper), there are 2 kinds t-shirt paper(Light color t-shirt paper and Dark color t-shirt paper). For light color t-shirt you need to use light color t-shirt paper, for dark color tee-shirt you need to use dark color t-shirt paper.

2. Rhinestones Or Foil.

Way of Operation

1. Design your art (photo or word) from computer, then print it on the Tshirt paper;

2. Put the Tee-shirt paper on the clothes ;

3. Use this  machine transfer the picture from the paper onto the clothes;

4. Peel off the paper from the clothes, then finish the transfer printing;
