Features
With high hardness and wear resistance ,crack-resistance ability and tempering stability and good spheroidizing structure,it can be used as the cold roller and bearing roller and working roller.when its diameter reaches ≤300mm,the surface hardness (HS)of the body part ranges from 95,90-98,80-90 and its relative quenching hardness thickness reaches≥6,8,10.when it is 301~600mm,its hardness ≥10,12,15; when 601~900mm,its hardness HS=30~55.
Application
Used as measure tool and cutting tools,such as screw die,screw tap,bit of a drill,block gauge,measuring gauge as well as the component part of manganese powder of finish rolling at the battery,stainless netting wire,tungsten wire and rolling mill.
