RX-01 Drag Chain Conveyor Auto Rain Wiper Motor Armature Assembly Line
This armature production line is constituted of a main operation panel (including loading and unloading entrance), an automatic armature paper inserting machine, two or several auto armature winding machines, one rotor wedge inserting machine, one commutator double-head auto welding machine, one doulbe workstation auto testing machine, combining with a loop conveying line for armature production. The workpiece first is put in the production line through the operation panel, and then the whole production line will complete the corresponding work according to the setting techniques, at last, the workpiece goes back to the unloading entrance, then the system will take out the workpiece. Each single machine has the function of setting, display, operating acousto-optical alarm etc.

4. The main operation panel can monitor and inquire about the whole production system, fulfill to read and write the state of product procedure through manual inputting command, and change the processing sequence of workpiece.
5. Compared with pneumatic conveyor system, this conveyor line has the advantage of high conveying efficiency and low loise; When transporting the workpiece, don't damage them; Since the slat chain construction combining with ID intelligen identification, the wiring layout is more flexible.
