SPECIFICATION & PERFORMANCE & TEST REPORT

1.0 Scope
This specification covers performance, tests and quality requirements for
SFP 2*1 NEW TYPE designed for printed circuit board mounting.

2.0 Applicable document
The following documents form a part of this specification to the extent specified herein. In the event of conflict between the requirements of this specification and the product drawing, the product drawing shall take precedence. In the event of conflict between the requirements of this specification and the referenced documents, this specification shall take precedence.

3.0 Requirements

3.1 Design and construction
Product shall be of the design, construction and physical dimensions specified on the applicable product drawing.

3.2 Materials
A. Housing: High Temp. UL94V-0, Color Black
B. Contact: Phosphor Bronze C5191H t= 0.20mm
C. Shield Material: 01-Cover of gage: SUS-304, t= 0.20mm
02-Middle of gage: SUS-301, t= 0.25mm
03-Bottom of gage: SUS-301, t= 0.25mm
- 04-Leaf spring: SUS-301, t= 0.20mm

3.3 Ratings
Voltage Rating: 120Vac
Current Rating: Signal application only
Operating temperature: 0 TO 70

3.4 Applicable printed circuit board
The product is designed to meet the electrical, mechanical and environmental performance requirements specified in product drawing.
