TCCA (Tinned copper clad aluminum)

TCCA is the CCA wire covered with a layer of the tin. The physical characteristic is the same to the CCA.

1. CCAM wire integrates the beneficial properties of good conductivity of copper & light weight of aluminum in a single wire.

2. The density of CCAM is about 40% of that of copper. Its length is 2.4 times of copper in the same weight & diameter. These factors reduce the raw material cost for cable manufacturers.

3. CCAM has the high tensile strength it makes the customer un-interrupted in the using.

4. Environment friendly, CCAM saves the copper resources & its production is a nonpolluting process.

CCA wire is widely used in the transmission of CATV information, communicative network with large capacity, controlling the information cable, light cars cable, welding cable, emergence movement cable, TV exciting loop, deflecting loop, ballast loop and other aspects.

Our factory can produce the thinnest wire products with Product conductivity of 53% to 60% and wire size of 0.10 to 2.05, CCAM conductors which produced by our factory has two states: Soft and rigid. It can be divided into 10% and 15% if a according to copper plate.
