General Application: HDG+HDPE Sectional Panels Tank is a high corrosive water or liquid containment in normal environment.

Standards: HDG+HDPE Sectional Panels Tank (rectangular) constructed with hydraulically pressed flanged panels conform to British Standard 1564: 1949 & 1975.

Materials: The mild steel used in the manufacturer of the plates, stays, cleats, and pads for installation confirm to the requirements of B. S. 4360 grade 43A.

Tank Panels: Tank panels of 4'X 4'or 1m X 1m square are hot dipped galvanized to ISO 1461: 1999

Bolts and Nuts: Bolts nuts and washer that are in contacted with water shall be stainless steel* whereas those not in contacted with water shall be of hot dipped galvanized type.

HDPE Lining: 2.0mm thick HDPE (High density polyethylene) geomembrane lined internally on tanks; Forming a "tank within a tank". All seams shall be homogeneous welded using hot fusion welding.

Ladders: The internal ladder shall be stainless steel* or Aluminium type while the external ladder shall be either galvanized or aluminium type.

Level Indicato: Galvanized indirect reading indicator (ruler type) shall be provided on request.
