Structure features
1, The structure of the mechanical seal is defined with double face in low quench water pressure; While the shaft sleeve carries steps and the axial size of the mechanical seal should be controlled strictly when installing the pump chamber.
2, A pressure gauge is installed on the seal device, with which the pressure of the quench water can be measured conveniently and the mechanical seal can be prevented from losing its functions too early due to lack or insufficience of the quench water.
3, The quench water can be recycled, and it will not enter the media process, so it will not affect the technological process.

Directions
1, The end with the pressure gauge inflows the quench water via a tee joint; And the other end outflows the quench water via a valve.
2, The pressure of the quench water shall be 0.3 MPa more or less.
3, Before starting the pump, the quench water shall be opened for 5 minutes in advance and it shall be closed after closing the pump for 5 minutes.
4, The pressure of quench water shall be kept stable and continuous when the pump is running.
