QHB(T) Electric Sea-water Submersible Pump (ESSP) is suitable for operating in sea-water or similar corrosive medium containing sand, marine living things and so on. ESSP should be submerged in water, with a series of advantages such as compact structure, less land occupation, no need of pump house, noiseless and easy to relize autocontrol etc. It is ideal equipment to draw water in off-shore plateform and shipyard.

Working Conditions

1. Medium: Sea-water or similar corrosive liquid.

2. Medium temperature≤ 30º C

3. Sand content (by weight)≤ 2%

4. ESSP should be operated vertically and submerged operating in water. Its inlet should be submerged in a position (when ebb-tide) lower than 3m to running sea level. The bottom of motor should have a distance not less than 3m to sea bottom. The whole set should be submerged in a depth not exceeding 70m to sea leve.

5. The inside of motor must be filled up with clean water.

6. Power supply: 380V, 50Hz; 460V, 60Hz

Construction:

Pump has two types in the construction: Stages pump and same-shaft pump. Stages pump is a independent set. Same-shaft pump means pump and motor use a common shaft. The impeller of the pump adopts the centrifugal space or diametral construction.

All the parts of the pump are made of corrosion-resistant material or cast-iron with corrosion-resistant coat. Pump has itself bearing.

Complete Equipment

It includes pump, motor, cable, operating panel, pipeline, lift clamp, well head device and check valve. The above components can be delivered in whole set or on your reguest, please give us detailed requirements when ordering.
