Introduction
HCW series recovery hydraulic winch is used for auto self-rescuing,saving and draging things, also for road block removal truck,engineering installation and oil field drilling and such spot dragging heavy things. This product can be used in the wild for a long time with the auto. It has merits of compact structure,small volume,light weight,big pull,convenient installation and easy maintenance.

Working Principle and Composition
The hydraulic winch of HCW series uses advanced circle-arc tooth worm gear pair transmission, and its loading capacity is far bigger than general worm gear pair by 50%. Transmission efficiency increases by 10%, and the transmission is stable, with convenient operation. It’s made of worm gear reducer,hydraulic motor of low speed and big torque,mechanical clutch,drum and so on.
The hydraulic winch transforms the hydraulic energy produced by the motor through the hydraulic system into mechanical energy, and lows the speed and rises the torque by the worm gear pair reducer, generating big torque on the drum, and to the aim of draging heavy things through the cable winding around the drum.
