1. INTRODUCTION
SANDIAN 12V/24V DC diesel pump fuel dispensing pump is stable in performance, widely in use on the compact in structure, light in weight, and easy to fix or carry. While connection with onboard battery for power supply, it can be used as a fuel supply device for field-working vehicles like engineering vehicles, excavators, bulldozers, road rollers, cement mixer, lifter, truck, fuel compressor, mining machinery. And farming machinery, For traffic facilities, industrial and mining machinery , engineering machinery that can not be refilled in normal fuel station, and areas without AC power supply, just simply connect this dispensing pump with on board battery or proper storage battery; and the pump can ensure those machinery and vehicles keeping enough driving force for advancing, thus helping you free from helplessness.
2. Caution
1: only for pumping diesel fuel for field working and engineering machinery (e. g .Excavators, bulldozers, loader ECTS). Never try to pump gasoline, alcohol or other chemical liquid.
2: While in operation, keep a proper gap (above 2 m) between the pump and engineering facilities. Never fix the pump directly on the fuel tank operation.
3:Before operation, be sure to know the terminal pole.
4: Better to fix a filter onto the end of inlet hose, so as to avoid impurities inside tank (e. g. Gravel,screw or nut ) entering into pump to cause pump damaged.
5:Regulary clean the filter net inside the pump(the built-in filter is inside the inlet elbow),so as to keep the inlet smooth.
- Never use it while the machine is in operation.
- Never try to take it apart by yourself.
- Before use, please mount a filter net.
- We do not take the responsibility for the damage due to user’s improper use .
- only for pumping diesel fuel ( never use for pumping water, gasoline or hydraulic oil )
- Please read the operation instructions carefully before use, and be sure to understand the instructions well before use.
- After use, please clean the filter net for convenient use next time.
