Features:
1) The wet parts adopt the advanced flow simulation analysis in the design process to guarantee the reliable performance, high efficiency of the pumps. The customer can make the pump always running in an efficient operation state by adjusting the bearing components in the pump impeller to suit the cavity position of the pump.
2) The pumps are designed with rear-assemblage structure system. They are featured by easy structure and it is easy to repair without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipe of the pump. End bearing adopts imported tapered roller bearings and driving end uses two cylindrical roller bearings with thin oil lubrication. It can promote the bearings?? working condition to prolong the service life of bearings.
3) Mechanical seal is designed according to the structure characteristic of desulphurization pump, slurry characteristic and the application characteristic. It is cartridge mechanical seal. It has good performance, long service life.
4) The FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) equipment of the pump is made of a new type of material A49 duplex stainless white iron which is specially developed by our company itself. The new material has significant corrosion-resistant and wear-resisting performance. The pump, pump cover and splice plates are pressure parts and made of ductile cast iron. The impeller and suction cover is made of the A49 dual-phase stainless white iron. The material of cover plate liner, frame plate liner, and rear liner is natural rubber with natural good abrasion performance, light weight, relatively low cost.

It is mainly applied in the power plant for the absorption tower circulation pump to transmit corrosive slurry.
