Brife Introduction

1. KTZ type direct-coupled air conditioning pumps have integrated the advantages of both KTB air conditioning pump and IZ direct coupling pumps,and made some improvements on the structure and  materials of the bearing and gland seal.Its econo-technical norms have reached the levels of those similar products from and abroad.
2.This pump is  single-stage and single-suction centrifugal pump with various advantage,including small column,light weight.high efficiency,low noise,rational structure,good versatility,high reliability,and convenient to be maintained

3.The noise level of the mating motor is lower than that of the normal Y type motor,and close to that of the imported ones

Applications

Applicable to central air conditioning cooling system,water supply,fire fighting,pipeline pressurizing,swimming poor water supply,fountain water supplying,high building water supply,the transfer of clean water or physical/chemical liquids the properties of which are similar with that of water

Running conditions

Medium temperature:<80°C;ambient temperature<40°C

There are 2 levels of operating pressure:1.0Mpa and 1.6 Mpa (please specify the level when ordering to ensure the reliable performance.)

Structure introduction

   1.The direct-coupled structure of the pump is very convenient for installation and maintenmace(Just remove the motor and take the impeller or other components out during the check and repairing operation,no need to move the pump body or the inlet pipe).
  2.The balance hole structure has been adopted to balance the axial force of the pumps

 3. The wear-resistant mechanical seal gland can make sure the steady and reliable operation as well as long working life of the pump.

4.They  are  equipped with precious casting impeller,high-intensity axle as well as the imported mating bearing .

5.For make sure  the high performance of the pump,there are 2 types of impellers(one is made of wear-resistant cast iron,the other is cast copper).Customers can make the choice according to the actual situation(Being decribed in the order)
