LK,LB turbine pump is a product successfully developed by our company after years of research to transfer clean water, rainwater, sewage and seawater with the temperature below 80°C, specially widely used in fire fighting, native water plants, sewage treatment plants, steel industry, metallurgy, power generation, mining, municipal engineering and water conservancy projects. 3.Technical advantage
3.1 Structural diversity
LK,LB pump can be designed as single or multi-level to meet the user’s a wider range requirement of flow and head. The pump outlet can be designed on the top of or below the base layer, and pump rotor can be designed to be pumping or not pumping. The creased or decreased multi-section structure of pump shaft and middle shaft can meet the user’s different installation height.
3.2 Reduce the user cost
Used of advanced hydraulic model, the pump is with high efficiency. Vertical structure saves room. The vertical gravity direction of rotor and the small radial force makes the pump run smooth with small vibration, low noise and long service life.
3.3 Clean and tidy pump house
The way of shaft seal is grand packing with hydraulic disc structure. With the structure that the leakage of seal water through drainpipe into pump hollow or trench, the pump house clean and tidy.
LK,LB pump can be equipped with electronic panel, being of the function of automatic start and stop based on fluid level, overload alarm and real-time remote monitoring to realize remote centralized control to multi-pumps by network.
