Auto parts are generally after blanking, punching, stretching, bending, flanging, trimming and forming processes, in order to create cold stamping parts, die must be prepared. Fast die is usually divided into two, with one installed in the pressure side and slide up and down the bed, the other one installed in the press below and stationary. Production on the two blank dies, and when folded down mode, the stamping process is complete. Stamping productivity is high, and can create complex shapes and high precision parts.
