Our advanced equi laser cutting sheet metal prototype  enables us to produce a small quantity of metal parts and cases within one to two days WITHOUT using a mold.  This will reduce your development lead time and production costs significantly.

We are equipped with the Mitsubishi ML3015LVP Laser Machine, the Amada VIPROS 2510C High Speed CNC Turret Punch Press, and the Amada FBDIII-8025 CNC Hydraulic Press Brake.  This set of equipment enables us to cut metal sheets with dimension up to 3m x  1.5 m x 0.2 to 16mm thk. (118" x 59" x 0.008" to 0.63" thk.) into any shape.
