Polyurethane roller/wheel most use pouring process , outside of steel or iron roller
coated a layer of polyurethane elastomer .
Polyurethane roller has the high elasticity, excellent wear resistance and tear resistance ,
service life longer than steel roller and ordinary rubber .
High mechanical strength (is more than natural rubber 2-3 times),
Excellent wear resistance (higher than natural rubber 5-10 times),
Excellent oil resistance , higher compressibility,
under high hardness resistance still has high elastic (it is other adhesive do not have this characteristics),
With metal roller core bonding performance much higher than ordinary rubber roller ,
more suitable for certain line speed and high pressure to use.
