JacoTech can plate and diamond turn-engrave extrusion / casting / embossing round mold/die cylinders for non-imaging optical uses, such as LCD, plasma, prism, faux, saw tooth, cubic corner patterns, and much more for optical light management systems.
We can also produce lenticular engraved cylinders for extruding lenticular lens array patterns from 10 to 800 lines per inch pitch (lpi) ; used for imaging of 3D and animated printing on direct mail, advertising and store retail displays.
Our new equipment can plate and produce engraved cylinders as large as 34" od x 144" length, with weights up to 4,000 LBS (2 tons) .
