1. General Introduction:
- JR liquid nitrogen skid can be used to complete the mixing and injection of liquid nitrogen during fracturing operation with the equipment of hydraulic fracturing.
- The skid with the independent liquid pump and the vaporization system is equipped with liquid nitrogen tank, high pressure triplex pump, heat recovery vaporize system .
- All equipment are fixed on the skid, which make the controlling equipment safe, reliable and high efficient
- This equipment can have failure free operation under the condition of environmental temperature -40 degree to 50 degree and absolute altitude is lower than 3000m
- Manufacture technology and quality of all equipment and its inspection should comply with the international universal standard including: API, ASME, ANSI,NACE and so on. The displaying of all apparatus is adopted international unit.
