Botou Dachang Auto Mould Stamping Co., Ltd, located in Botou Industrial Park---the home of Auto Moulds and Dies in China, is specialized in designing and manufacturing car seat frames, large-scale cold-compressed moulds, injection moulds, large-scale auto metal plate moulds, progressive dies, auto outer-plate moulds and large-scale hardware moulds. In addition, our company produces stamping parts, auto stamping parts and hardware stamping, and we also offer the service for the processing of stamping parts. The products of our company are supplied to many factories and customers in every part of China. Relying on the strong force of mould design and product development of our company, we lay a strong foundation for the development for the development of all kinds of necessary enterprises in the country, so we shorten the cycle of launching new products for our customers and strongly guarantee the customers’ market development.

 Equipped with first-class machines, we have 9 sets of portal milling machines ( including one five-axes NC miller, 2 sets of three coordinate measurement instrument, 16 sets of large-scale stamping debugging equipment and over 60 sets of borers, millers, grinders, planers and lathes. In the meantime, our company has established a scientific quality management system. We have formed a coordinated process from casting to tooling.

  In foundries, we adopt the smelting of medium-frequency(MF) induction electric furnaces and furan resin sand tooling. Our branch company owns two 4T MF induction furnaces, two 100 KW box-style furnaces, one resin sand production line of 12T/Hr and 20T and two 10T and 16T shot blasting machines. Heat treatment is done by the computerized 40T/furnace for castings within the scope of 7000 X 3000 X 1800. Our branch also owns over 60 sets of German-made spectrum analyzers, molten iron quality controllers, automatic fitting systems, feeding systems and measuring systems.

  In quality control, we have advanced measuring instruments, digital carbon sulfur analyzers, sand performance testing instruments, computerized screen-display universal testing machines, impact testing machines, holographic microscopes, image analysis systems and hardness testers.
