This semi-automatic assembly line consists of working table, fixture and conveyor system that realize the function of Positioning, clamping and testing.

The main process includes: upper steering shaft assembling, lower driving transmission shaft assembling, gimbal riveting, performance testing, material transporting, memorizing. The electric control system integrates PLC with long-range input & output control station to control the action of the line.
