The precision stainless steel wrapped bearing bushes can be used as parts such as lining of piston cylinders, plain bearings and wear resistant components, which are made from imported Icr18Ni9ti stainless steel plates by cutting, with 0.4um in surface roughness, 0.03mm in roundness variation and up to Class 4 in dimensional precision. With the special technology and techniques in manufacturing and processing self-developed by the Company, many air-tight and wear- resistant products with different requirements in specification can be manufactured and processed, including stainless steel wrapped bushes, three-layer compound self-lubrication wrapped bearing, oil cylinder bushes as well as flexible graphite gasket, and products such as high-precision crank assembly have also been successfully developed.
