The shielding solution for the I/O interface can solve the problems caused by traditional metal shielding products. We customize it into various shapes according to your specific requirements.

I/O gasket is used for shielding in the I/O system assembling. It can eliminate the high frequency electromagnetic leakage which traditional metal shielding products usually bring about. Our I/O gaskets are made of the conductive cotton covered with conductive fabric with copper-nickel plating, which attributes them with the flexibility of fabric, shielding function of metal and the elasticity of foam.

Features

High performance, its shielding capacity is over 100db. High-elasticity, it reduces the resistivity of surface-in-contact. Anti-corrosion, it enhances the compatibility between metal claddings for assembling connectors.

Instructions for I/O Gasket Design

1. The distance between slots equals or exceeds 1.5mm.

2. The distance between the edge of slot and the nearest edge of conductive fabric can never be less than 1.5mm. In most cases, a cutting groove is used instead if the slot to be cut is too near the edge of gasket.

3. Locations and shapes of slots are subject to your specifications.

4. The PSA and patches may be used in parallel with the long edges of the gasket.
