PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding with PTFE granular resin.PTFE is the most chemical resistance of all know plastics.It does not age.It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials

Use of PTFE sheet:
It can be used to make corrosion-resistant liner, seal, lining and gasket, scrap, guide rail, dielectric material for different frequency bridge bearing slide.We has been specialized in producing bridge bearing slide for more than 20 years,and we own the most and biggest pressing machine for producing PTFE moulded sheet in China.

We produce three kinds of PTFE rods.PTFE rod whose diameter is 1mm to 9mm is produced by selecting dispersion polymerization PTFE resin and after cataplasm bulldoze;
PTFE rod whose diameter is 5mm to 100mm is produced by selecting suspend PTFE resin
and after extrusion;PTFE rod whose diameter is bigger than 50mm can also be produced by die pressing.

Use of PTFE rod:
The electrical insulation used under various kinds of frequency, the seal liner of various kinds of corrosively medium, antisticking materials, lubrication material.
