FQ--25/20(60)  composite railway insulator  

The composite insulator is composed by three components of insulation core rod; silicon rubber shed cover and the connecting hardware at the both ends. For shed and housing molding, we adopt international advanced method of whole molding and whole injection. The connection zone between the core and end fitting is compressed with crimping machine. The products have the characteristic of artistic looking, small volume, light weight, uneasy broken, high bending and torsion strength, good anti-explosive performance, easy transportation and installation.

1 . the specification and pattern of the both end fittings

2. the drawing and main dimension (rated voltage, mechanical load, creepage distance)

3. the color of silicon rubber , usually red or gray
