Pvc coated barbed wire

Material: Low carbon steel wire +PVC coated, electro galvanized iron wire+PVC coated, hot dipped galvanized iron wire+PVC coated.,black annealed iron wire +PVC coated.

Color: Green, blue, red, yellow, orange, gray, is available with PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire produced by us or other colors at customers request.

Wire diameter: Before coating BWG 1120 SWG. 11-20 (1.0mm-- 3.5mm)

After coating BWG817  SWG 8-17 (1.4mm4.0mm)

Barb spacing: 3 inch---6 inch etc.  Barb length: 15mm----30mm etc.  Coil weight: 25kg, 50kg, 100kg etc.

Packing: Usually no packing for barbed wire, while we also can put barbed wire in wooden pallets or woooden box or on customers' requests. In coil of 25 kilos or 50 kilos net, lined with P.V.C strips, then wrapped with P.V.C or hessian cloth. 

Tensile strength of Standard PVC Coated Barbed Iron Wire is 30-45 kgs./sq.mm. 

Characteristic: Because of the high strength and higher toughness,Pvc can reduce the wear between layer and layer,rope and spool during operating.With the excellent corrosion resistance,Pvc wire rope is good for ocean engineering,irrigation machines and big excavators.
