Installation
1 orientate the base plate. Arrange the base plate with the space of 500mm along the direction of rail.(if the lifting capacity is overweight , the space can be shorten to 335mm or 400mm) The orientation is according to the value of a which is from the center of T-bolt to the center of rail
2 weld the base plate
3 order of installation: locate the T-bolt→top cover plate→flat washer→spring washer→nut→tighten the bolt→adjust the top cover plate(use the hammer to strike lightly to make it touch the rail)→final tightening
